Tell us about your project
We want to know all about your vision - the look, the budget, and would like to see all the inspiration that you have gathered. After we get a clear idea of what
you're looking for, we will provide an estimate for our design services. If you would like us to handle printing, we can provide an estimate for that too. Once the
estimate is approved, we will ask for a 50% deposit and then get started on design.
The Fun Part
We will send you proofs of the concept we have come up with. Once you approve the final design, we will ask you to sign our brief contract and submit a final
invoice. At that time we request that full payment is made, and we will submit design files to you or continue with printing and shipment. Please note that all
custom projects are non-refundable and if errors are found after final approval has been given, it is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Printing & Shipping
We will take care of all printing details, or can hand that off to you if you'd prefer. Once final payment has been received, we will ship your completed
items to you. Please allow plenty of time before your event, as custom design availability is limited. Rush service is available for an additional cost.
