Me, John, and Sarah are all huge fans of the FINAL FANTASY series and we were beyond excited to try out FINAL FANTASY XIV Heavensward on our PlayStation 3. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The increased level cap from 50 to 60 added a whole new level of challenge and excitement to the game. John especially loved playing as the Dark Knight class, wielding a two-handed greatsword and unleashing the power of darkness on his enemies. It was epic!

As for me, I chose to play as the Astrologian class and I was blown away by their abilities. Being able to tap into the power of the stars to cast healing magicks was not only cool but extremely useful in battles. And the added bonus of using constellation-based divining cards to support my party was a game-changer. Sarah also loved her role as a Machinist, dealing damage from afar with her firearms and deploying mechanical turrets on the battlefield. Talk about being a badass!

One of our favorite features of this expansion pack is definitely the new race called The Au Ra. They have such a unique look and add even more diversity to an already diverse game. And with a new City-State – Ishgard, new Primals Bismarck and Ravana, and Flying Mounts included in this expansion pack, there is so much more to explore and discover in FINAL FANTASY XIV Heavensward.
